[Problem] To provide an organogel-forming agent as well as a thickening gel composition using same, the organogel-forming agent being very safe for the body and environment as well as offering a pleasant feel and favorable gelling ability as a thickening gel composition and as an organogel-forming agent for forming reverse wormlike micelles. [Solution] Lecithin/ascorbic acid or an ascorbic acid derivative act as an organogel-forming agent for forming reverse wormlike micelles of a variety of oils, and a thickening gel composition having a reverse wormlike micelle structure can be obtained using a three-component mixed system of lecithin/ascorbic acid or ascorbic acid derivative/a variety of oils.[Problème] Obtenir un agent de formation d'organogel ainsi qu'une composition de gel épaississant utilisant ledit agent, l'agent de formation d'organogel étant très sûr pour le corps et l'environnement ainsi qu'offrant une sensation agréable et une capacité de gélification favorable en tant que composition de gel épaississant et en tant qu'agent de formation d'organogel pour former des micelles inverses vermiculaires. [Solution] Selon l'invention, la lécithine/acide ascorbique ou un dérivé d'acide ascorbique agissent en tant qu'agent de formation d'organogel pour former des micelles inverses vermiculaires d'une variété d'huiles, et une composition de gel épaississant ayant une structure de micelle inverse vermiculaire peut être obtenue en utilisant un système mixte à trois composant de lécithine/acide ascorbique ou dérivé d'acide ascorbique/une variété d'huiles.【課題】逆紐状ミセルを形成するオルガノゲル形成剤および増粘ゲル状組成物として、生体や環境に対する高い安全性、好ましい使用感、および良好なゲル化能を併せ持つオルガノゲル形成剤および該オルガノゲル形成剤を用いた増粘ゲル状組成物を提供すること。 【解決手段】レシチン／アスコルビン酸またはアスコルビン酸誘導体が各種オイルの逆紐状ミセルを形成するオルガノゲル形成剤として作用し、又これらレシチン／アスコルビン酸またはアスコルビン酸誘導体／各種オイルの３成分混合系を用いて、逆紐状ミセル構造を有する増粘ゲル状組成物を得ることができる。
