With a visual assessment, the absence of a dye in the natural ways of outflow of the VGL is established, after that, enter into the anterior chamber viscoelastic and perform the second stage of the combined operation in the upper-nosed sector – intermittent trabeculotomy ab interno, over 90° up to 120°.
