The present invention relates to a combination therapeutic agent for the treatment of solid tumors in a subject. Combination therapeutic agents may include additional immunotherapeutic agents of having efficacy in (a) binding antibody or an antigen specifically binding to CD40, and part (b) instead of anti -CD40 antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof, the treatment of cancer.
