The present invention relates to a device for collecting creatures entering or exiting a spawning field. According to the present invention, the device for collecting creatures entering or exiting a spawning field includes: a support frame which is in the shape of a triangle or a quadrangle to let seawater pass therethrough； and a collection net which has a side detachably coupled to the rear surface of the support frame and has a collection container attached detachably to the other side. The device is installed around the coral reefs or mangrove communities in an underwater environment to collect the moving creatures. A filter member is detachably coupled to the front surface of the support frame to let only creatures smaller than a preset size among the creatures passing through the support frame pass through-through while blocking impurities. When there are two or more support frames coupled with the collection net, the individual and adjacent support frame are interconnected or separated by a connection means. According to the present invention, the support frame coupled with the collection net is configured to be connected with the adjacent support frame or be separated therefrom as needed. In a limited marine space including the habitats of marine life such as mangrove communities and seagrass communities, the collection device can be coupled and separated to fit the environment of the corresponding area in the case of quantitative and qualitative research on the biological inflow and outflow, distribution, species diversity, etc., to easily capture the creatures entering or exiting a spawning field.
