POLYDEOXYRIBONUCLEOTIDES (PDRNS) FOR USE IN THE TREATMENT OF METABOLIC AND/OR LACTIC ACIDOSIS AND POLYDEOXYRIBONUCLEOTIDE-BASED COMPOSITIONS FOR THE AFORESAID USE
The use of polydeoxyribonucleotides (PDRNs) in the treatment of metabolic and/or lactic acidosis conditions is described. Compositions comprising the synergistic combination of polydeoxyribonucleotides and one methyl amide, such as carnitine, are also described, which are particularly effective in the treatment of metabolic and/or lactic acidosis conditions. The compositions of the invention may include further optional active ingredients, such as a calcium salt, vitamins of the D or B groups, a sodium salt and a potassium salt, preferably used in combination.Linvention concerne lutilisation de polydésoxyribonucléotides (PDRN) dans le traitement daffections de type acidose métabolique et/ou lactique. Linvention concerne également des compositions comprenant la combinaison synergique de polydésoxyribonucléotides et dun méthylamide, comme la carnitine, qui sont particulièrement efficaces dans le traitement daffections de type acidose métabolique et/ou lactique. Les compositions selon linvention peuvent comprendre dautres ingrédients actifs optionnels, comme un sel de calcium, des vitamines du groupe D ou B, un sel de sodium et un sel de potassium, de préférence utilisés en combinaison.
