PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, a transfer device for reducing burdens on a caregiver, such as a mechanical assisting device like a lifter, is fixed to a wall, a ceiling or a bed or the like, it is not easy to transport, an installation place is limited and it is difficult to use it for daily care since it is large-sized and heavy even in the case of a moving type, a transfer board which is so-called a gangboard between objects is weak though a device is simple, there is the risk that a care-receiver loses his/her balance and falls down, an armrest part of a wheelchair or the like becomes an obstacle when installing it, and it is difficult to use.SOLUTION: The transfer assisting device comprises a transfer plate 51 on which a transfer person is to sit during transfer and a support with legs 21, and the transfer plate is connected to the support so as to be vertically adjusted. As needed, the transfer plate is curved and formed roughly into a chevron shape, a coordinate plane is rugged along the longitudinal direction, and inclination, horizontal turning and folding are made possible. Also, a backrest for supporting the body is provided. The leg parts of the support are provided with casters 20 to be withdrawn by loading and folding is made possible.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】介護者の負担を軽減する為の移乗装置は、リフター等の機械的な介助補助装置があるが壁や天井、ベッド等への固定式であり、移動式の場合でも大型で重量があるため運搬が容易ではなく設置場所が限定され、日常的な介護に使用するのは困難である。また、対象物間のいわゆる渡り板であるトランスファーボードは、装置は簡便であるが、強度が弱く被介護者がバランスを崩し転倒する恐れがあり、設置時には車椅子の肘掛部などが邪魔になり使用が困難である。【解決手段】移乗時に移乗者が腰掛ける移乗板51と脚21を持つ支持体とで構成され、移乗板は昇降調節可能に支持体に接続された移乗補助装置とする。必要に応じ、移乗板は、湾曲して略ハの字形状に形成し、長手方向に沿って座標面に凹凸を設け、傾斜、水平回動、折りたたみ可能とするほか、体幹を支持する背もたれを、支持体の脚部は、載荷により退避するキャスター20を設け、折りたたみ可能とする。【選択図】図1
