PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a portion covering a lateral side of a device base in a device base cover from becoming an unsanitary state in a device base preparing stage.SOLUTION: A device base cover 1 is placed on a top face 93 of a device base 9 in a folded initial state, and is expanded to an expanded state so as to cover the top face 93 and the lateral side of the device base 9. When preparing medical treatment, the device base cover 1 covers the top face 93 of the device base 9 in a semi-expanded state in the middle of shifting from the initial state to the expansion state. The device base cover 1 includes a central part 41 and two folded parts 42 in a semi-expanded state. The central part 41 has a rectangular shape, and an unsanitary surface 12 contacts the top face 93 of the device base 9. The two folded parts 42 are adjacent to both sides in the transverse direction of the central part 41.
