The present invention relates to a skin whitening composition containing nano-liposome including an extract of Schisandra chinensis, and a method for manufacturing nano-liposome including an extract of Schisandra chinensis. The extract of Schisandra chinensis is included in liposome so provided is a nano-liposome capable of effectively transferring an extract of Schisandra chinensis having skin moisturizing effects and melanin formation inhibition activities to the dermis.
