A process utilizing PEEK material to manufacture a cerebral cranium bone, comprising the steps of: choosing corresponding original PEEK material according to patient electronic CT data provided by a hospital； heating the original PEEK material in a heating device to the softening point 260±10°C of the PEEK material； placing the heated PEEK material in a multipoint control forming mould for hot press treatment, finishing the hot press treatment, gradually cooling and forming a blank； cleaning, sterilizing and aseptically packing the finished product. Also disclosed are special equipment for manufacturing a PEEK material cerebral cranium bone and use of the PEEK material in the manufacturing of artificial cerebral cranium bone. The present invention utilizes the forming process combining hot forming with cold treatment, greatly economizes the expensive PEEK material, enables human bones to bond well with the material via customized manufacturing and production of the product, and has no rejection or other adverse reactions for human body because the material has good biocompatibility.
