PURPOSE: An interval formation device for stick shaped confectioneries is provided to increase the interval among the stick shaped confectioneries for preventing the breakage during a transferring process. CONSTITUTION: An interval formation device for stick shaped confectioneries comprises the following: a transfer roller set(101) rotating and transferring the stick shaped confectioneries, and including plural transfer rolls having the rotation speed gradually increasing by the transfer direction； a first transfer roll group(101a) for inserting the stick shaped confectioneries； a second transfer roll group(101b) for discharging the stick shaped confectioneries； a third transfer roll group(101c) located in between the first and second transfer roll groups, having the faster rotation speed than the second transfer roll group； a conveyor unit(102) transferring the stick shaped confectioneries toward the transfer roller sets； and a confectionery transport unit(103) moving toward the direction crossing the transfer direction of the confectioneries for transferring the confectioneries discharged from the transfer roller set.스틱형 과자들을 이송시킬 때에 사용되는 간격 형성 장치에 있어서, 상호 간에 인접하게 위치되고, 회전하여 상측에 위치된 상기 스틱형 과자들을 이송시키며, 상기 스틱형 과자들의 이송방향을 따라 점차적으로 증가하는 회전속도를 갖는 복수 개의 이송롤들로 이루어진 이송롤 세트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 간격 형성 장치를 개시한다. 상기와 같은 간격 형성 장치는 이송방향에 따른 스틱형 과자들의 간격을 증가시켜 스틱형 과자들을 수집할 수 있도록 한다.
