PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which enables long-term storage of chlorous acid water, and to provide: a disinfectant containing chlorous acid water for preventing secondary pollution or goods impregnated with chlorous acid water for preventing secondary pollution； goods impregnated with chlorous acid for disinfecting floor surfaces； an odor remover containing chlorous acid water or goods impregnated with chlorous acid water for removing odor； and a remover of germs sticking to the body containing chlorous acid water or goods impregnated with chlorous acid water for removing germs sticking to the body.SOLUTION: Provided is a disinfectant comprising an aqueous solution containing chlorous acid (chlorous acid water) used as a disinfectant. The chlorous acid water unexpectedly shows long-term stability by preparing a formulation containing chlorous water, a metal hydroxide, and a metal phosphate, where the metal is preferably potassium and/or pH of the solution is from 3.5 to 7.0.【課題】亜塩素酸水の長期に保存することができる技術を提供する。また、亜塩素酸水を含む、二次汚染防止のための殺菌剤又は亜塩素酸水を含浸させた二次汚染防止のための物品、亜塩素酸水を含浸させた床面殺菌のための物品、亜塩素酸水を含む臭気除去剤又は亜塩素酸水を含浸させた臭気除去のための物品、及び亜塩素酸水を含む身体付着細菌の除去剤又は亜塩素酸水を含浸させた身体付着細菌除去のための物品の提供。【解決手段】殺菌剤として使用する亜塩素酸を含む水溶液（亜塩素酸水）を含む殺菌剤において、亜塩素酸水と、水酸化金属と、リン酸金属とを含み、好ましくは、金属としてカリウム、及び／又はｐＨが３．５～７．０であるものを用意することによって、予想外に長期安定効果が示された亜塩素酸水。【選択図】なし
