The present invention relates to a novel ice flake with syrup of foodservice industry related to ice flakes. More specifically, the present invention uses a cheese which was eaten as a dessert and a cooking material as a main ingredient of the ice flake. The cheese used in a cheese ice flake with syrup is changed into a cheese form harmonized with ice. Accordingly, the present invention uses a grilled cheese. Additionally, special ice is used instead of simple ice. The ice added with a herb (chamomile) and milk is made and used so that a novel ice flake with syrup having taste and flavor is made.
