Provided is a c-Rel-specific siRNA and an application thereof for treating autoimmune psoriasis. Specifically, the c-Rel-specific siRNA has a sequence such as SEQ ID Nos. 1-2 or SEQ ID Nos. 3-4. The present invention adopts a c-Rel-specific small interfering RNA to suppress biosynthesis of c-Rel, and treats autoimmune psoriasis by suppressing IL-23/IL-17A inflammatory axis-related inflammation factors.Linvention concerne un ARNsi spécifique de c-Rel et une application associée pour le traitement du psoriasis auto-immun. Spécifiquement, lARNsi spécifique de c-Rel comprend une séquence telle que SEQ ID NO : 1-2 ou SEQ ID NO : 3-4. La présente invention adopte un petit ARN interférent spécifique de c-Rel pour supprimer la biosynthèse de c-Rel, et traite le psoriasis auto-immun par suppression des facteurs dinflammation liés à laxe inflammatoire IL -23/IL-17A.
