PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair that can pass through a security gate while a user keeps seated.SOLUTION: A wheelchair 100 that can pass through a metal detector 140 while a user keeps seated includes a vehicle body having a seat part, and right and left wheels 110, 111, 120, and 121 for moving the vehicle body. The width of the vehicle body is smaller than the width of the metal detector 140. Since the vehicle body is composed of nonferrous metal material, it can pass through the metal detector 140 with no problem even when it is an inspection object.
