The present invention relates to an authentication method using brainwave information in a fast identity online (FIDO) system and, more specifically, to a method capable of identifying an individual by using brainwave information which is one type of bioinformation under a FIDO universal authentication framework (UAF) protocol for authentication by bioinformation without a password in an authentication framework suggested by a FIDO alliance. The authentication method using brainwave information in a FIDO system provides a method which uses brainwave information to identify an individual when authenticating the individual by using bioinformation, and easily and accurately performs brainwave identification of an individual without measurement information for various changes or various portions of a personal condition to be used in a FIDO system. The authentication method using brainwave information in a FIDO system measures a classification for each brainwave grade and a brainwave frequency for brainwave information of an individual, and uses a logistic regression method to identify brainwave information of an individual.본 발명은 FIDO(Fast IDentity Online) 시스템에서 뇌파정보를 이용한 인증방법에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게로는 FIDO 얼라이언스에 의해 제안된 인증프레임워크 중 비밀번호 없이 생체정보로 인증을 하기 위한 FIDO UAF(Universal Authentication Framework) 프로토콜하에서 바이오 정보 중 하나인 뇌파 정보를 이용하여 개인을 식별할 수 있는 방안에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 FIDO 시스템에서 뇌파정보를 이용한 인증방법은, 생체정보를 이용하여 개인을 인증함에 있어서 뇌파정보를 이용하여 개인을 식별하되, FIDO 시스템 내에서 사용할 수 있도록, 개인상태의 다양한 변화나 다양한 부위에 대한 측정정보가 없어도 개인의 뇌파식별을 용이하고 정확하게 해 낼 수 있는 방법을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 본 발명에 의한 FIDO 시스템에서 뇌파정보를 이용한 인증방법에서는 개인의 뇌파정보에 대하여 뇌파등급별 분류와 뇌파주파수를 측정하고 이를 로지스틱 회귀분석을 하는 방법을 사용함으로써 개인의 뇌파정보를 식별해 낼 수 있게 된다.
