The present invention relates to a preparation obtained using lingonberry juice. Sucking tablets manufactured from lingonberry juice, from which sugars have been removed and which has been dried into powder, inhibit growth of undesirable fungi and bacteria of human oral microbial flora, and favour growth of the beneficial Lactobacillus strains in the mouth.
