The invention discloses a Bacillus tuberculosis fusion protein and the producing method thereof and its use in the preparation of vaccine. The amino acid sequence of the said protein is shown as in SEQ ID No.:2. The construction of the said fusion protein is directed to the immune response of Bacillus tuberculosis, so as to increase the vaccines protection efficacy. The said fusion protein can be mixed with adjuvant so as to increase the anti-tuberculosis protection efficacy via inducing the body fluid and cell immune response of Th1 type.Linvention concerne une protéine hybride du bacille de la tuberculose et le procédé de production de celle-ci, ainsi que son utilisation dans la préparation dun vaccin. La séquence dacides aminés de ladite protéine est présentée dans SEQ ID No.:2. La construction de ladite protéine hybride ciblée la réponse immunitaire au bacille de la tuberculose, de manière à accroître lefficacité de la protection du vaccin. Ladite protéine hybride peut être mélangée à un adjuvant, de manière que lefficacité de la protection contre la tuberculose soit accrue par induction dune réponse immunitaire humorale et cellulaire de type Th1.
