PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic device capable of reducing an overshoot voltage generated in an A/D power supply at the time of updating of an imaging mode.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic diagnostic device 100 includes: an ultrasonic probe 2 which has a plurality of vibration elements for transmitting and receiving ultrasonic waves to/from a subject a transmission part 31 which supplies drive signals of a PW imaging mode and a CW imaging mode to the vibration elements a reception part 32 which phases and adds reception signals of the PW imaging mode and the CW imaging mode obtained from the vibration elements an image data generation part 5 which generates image data on the basis of the phased and added reception signals a display part 6 which displays the image data and an operation changeover control part 7 which sequentially performs operation/non-operation changeover control on an A/D converter with a plurality of channels used in phasing and adding of the PW imaging mode at different timings in accordance with updating of the imaging modes or at least one of various inspection modes corresponding to the imaging modes.
