PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition, preferably a cosmetic composition and more preferably a composition for cleaning, which are non-irritative or low irritative and have excellent foam quality.SOLUTION: There is provided a composition comprising (a) at least one linear olefin sulfonate, (b) at least one glycerine fatty acid ester and (c) at least one amphoteric surfactant. The composition according to the present invention is non-irritative or low irritative, can have excellent foam quality and can be stable, especially can be stable with time and/or under a high temperature.
