PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trocar spacer in which, slight shifting does not occur on a tip of a surgical tool, when the surgical tool is inserted into an endoscopic surgery port in endoscopic surgery, which does not affect working ability of surgery, and which is used in endoscopic surgery.SOLUTION: A trocar spacer 10 for holding a surgical tool inserted into an endoscopic surgery port, comprises: an elastic member 12 which contacts an inner peripheral face of an endoscopic surgery port, and an outer peripheral face of a surgical tool.
