PURPOSE: A thermoplastic elastomer composition is provided to provide a molded product with low permanent stain, especially when cooled in a pressurized state.CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic elastomer composition comprises a dynamically crosslinked butyl-based rubber and thermoplastic resin. The content of the thermoplastic resin is 8 wt% or less. The crosslinked butyl-based rubber is a halogen-containing butyl rubber. The dynamically crosslinked butyl-based rubber is manufactured by dynamically crosslinking 0.1-10 parts by weight of a triazine derivative to 100.0 parts by weight of the rubber component. The thermoplastic resin is an olefin resin.
