PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable composition suitable for cosmetics, for example, cleansing of the skin, nail, hair, eyelashes, eyebrow, eye, and/or mucosa, without requiring further cleansing after rinsing off, the composition enabling the generation of a good feeling, and enabling the prevention of the dripping of the composition.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a composition containing (a) at least one oil which is liquid at 25°C, (b) at least one wax, (c) at least one oil gelling agent induced from glutamic acid, and (d) at least one nonionic surfactant. The composition according to the invention generates a good feeling after rinsing off without requiring a high elimination property and without further cleansing.
