A compressed negative pressure vacuum system comprises compressed a foam material layer (1) and an adhesive film (2). The adhesive film (2) surrounds outside an area to define the area containing the foam material layer (1) and forms adhesive wings (20) to be adhered to fixation locations. The local vacuum created by the compressed foam material layer (1) performs for a long time continuous negative-pressure suction on a wound surface and deep soft tissues, achieving the goals of gradually reducing the swelling in a wound and facilitating local blood circulation. Likewise, the local vacuum created by the compressed foam material layer (1) performs negative-pressure suction on a wound surface and soft tissue in deep layers of the skin containing dirt to be removed, gradually eliminating dirt in deep layers of the skin.
