The present invention provides a larynx mask inserted into a patient for securing an airway, which comprises: a guide tube which has a front end portion of one side thereof inserted into a larynx inside a trachea and an end portion of the other side thereof exposed to the outside of the trachea, guides bronchofiberscope inserted into the trachea for securing airway and the insertion of tubes for trachea insertion, and is divided into left and right sides； a mask which is integrally connected to the front end portion of one side of the guide tube, prevents fluids and air from flowing into the larynx inside the trachea from the outside, and is divided into left and right sides； a handle unit which is provided in the other side of the guide tube and protrudes corresponding to both sides of the guide tube in order to make a grip of the guide tube easy； and a coupling member which couples the guide tube divided into left and right sides to the mask. Accordingly, when an operator grips the handle unit and divides the guide tube and the mask into left and right sides around first and second cut surfaces to proceed a tube insertion while bronchofiberscope is held, the present invention can hold a tube for a trachea insertion having a desirable size outer diameter without limitation of sizes of inner diameters of a larynx mask.
