The present invention relates to a surgical linear stapler comprising: a staple cartridge having staples therein for suturing a surgical site a cartridge accommodation channel having a cartridge accommodation groove formed therein and accommodating the staple cartridge an anvil corresponding to the staple cartridge and shaping the staple to be discharged from the staple cartridge and a cutter for cutting the surgical site arranged between the staple cartridge and the anvil while moving longitudinally along the staple cartridge by an external force wherein pathological examination tissue which is not damaged by a staple can be stably and conveniently obtained by making the distances from the section of the surgical site to both stapling lines be different from each other.
