The present invention provides a medicine conveyance device, which mainly comprises a quantitative pressure driving source and a detachable micro-pore type vibration plate atomizer, and a driving system of adjustable medicine transfer tube and a micro-needle dripping port. Medicine liquid contained in a medicine jar is driven, with a fixed quantity, by the quantitative pressure conveyance manner to the medicine transfer tube to be further transferred to the micro-needle dripping port of the medicine transfer tube, and then, is directly sent to a primary flow air pressure chamber to be pressurized with gas so that the gas-liquid mixture is atomized and injected with high speed. Optionally, the number of micro-pore type vibration plate may be increased, so that the medicine liquid can be conveyed in finer atomization configuration to the primary flow air pressure chamber, and then is driven by gas through a Venturi tube, where air-liquid mixture is compressed, atomized, and injected. With this design, a function of precisely quantitative and uniformly atomized high speed injection can be achieved.
