PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a goods transfer device and a goods transfer system capable of surely transferring a part of goods from a group of goods to a container irrespective of whether being typical or atypical.SOLUTION: A goods transfer device 10 transfers a part of goods in a group of goods S to a container C to be transferred along a transfer line 2.
