The present disclosure relates to an anchor delivery system. The system includesa guide (10) and an anchor delivery tool (40) disposed within the guide. The toolincludes a shaft (41) and a handle (42) coupled to a proximal portion (41a) of theshaft. The handle includes a hub (42a) and a nose cone (48) coupled to the hub. Inan embodiment, the tool further includes a knob (49) coupled to the hub and locatedbetween the handle and the nose cone. In an embodiment,' the system furtherincludes an anchor (45), such as a suture anchor, coupled to a distal portion ofthe shaft. A method of repairing soft tissue is also disclosed.
