This document provides skin care compositions that can include one or more saponin extracts. In some cases, the skin care compositions provided herein can include a saponin extract (e.g., a Sapindus mukorossi extract). In some cases, the skin care compositions provided herein can include a Sapindus mukorossi extract, allantoin, carnosine, and a plant extract blend.
