PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal peak measuring system capable of acquiring the desired data contained in a signal waveform by calculating a template signal from the signal waveform of the electromagnetic waves reflected by a specimen and further calculating the mutual correlation between the template signal and the previous signal waveform to obtain the timewise change of a coefficient of correlation.SOLUTION: A template forming means 12 takes the addition means of signal waveforms within a predetermined range containing the peak generation time of a measuring target from the signal waveform containing the noise component other than the peak of the measuring target obtained by an electromagnetic wave transmission-reception means 11 to obtain template signals, and a mutual correlation processing means 13 calculates the mutual correlation between the template signal and the signal from the electromagnetic wave transmission-reception means 11. Hereupon, the coefficient-of-correlation signal being the waveform of the timewise change of the coefficient of correlation produces the peak suitable for the peak of the measuring target. As a result, the sharp peak of the coefficient-of-correlation signal is used to efficiently calculate various measured values related to the peak desired to be obtained of the measuring target.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】被験体に反射させた電磁波の信号波形からテンプレート信号を求め、さらにこのテンプレート信号と先の信号波形との相互相関を計算して相関係数の時間的変化を得ることで、信号波形に含まれた所望の情報を取得できる信号ピーク測定システムを提供する。【解決手段】電磁波送受信手段11によって得られた測定対象のピーク以外のノイズ成分も含む信号波形から、テンプレート作成手段12が測定対象のピーク発生時を含む所定範囲の信号波形の加算平均をとってテンプレート信号を求め、さらに相互相関処理手段13がこのテンプレート信号と電磁波送受信手段11からの信号との相互相関を求めると、相関係数の時間的変化の波形である相関係数信号が測定対象のピークに適合するピークを生じることから、相関係数信号の鮮明なピークを使用して、取得したい測定対象のピークに係る諸測定値を効率よく求められる。【選択図】図1
