PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce damage of a filter part when an explosion occurs in a fluidized-bed vessel.SOLUTION: Each filter part 3 is attached to an attachment hole part 6a of a filter support member 6 and equipped with a body part 3A having a gas permeable filter medium 3A1 and an explosion exhalation part 3B having an exhalation hole member 3B1 made of a material more susceptible to rapture or burning than the filter member 3A1 of the body part 3A. When an explosion occurs in a fluidized-bed vessel and pressure or temperature in the fluidized-bed vessel reaches a predetermined value, the exhalation hole member 3B1 of the explosion exhalation part 3B is ruptured by the pressure in the fluidized-bed vessel or burned by the temperature in the fluidized-bed vessel to open the explosion exhalation part 3B. When the explosion exhalation part 3B is opened, the explosion pressure (blast) in the fluidized-bed vessel is exhaled to an exhaust chamber through the attachment hole part 6a of the filter support member 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】流動層容器内で爆発が起こった場合のフィルター部の損傷を軽減する。【解決手段】各フィルター部3は、それぞれ、フィルター支持部材6に設けられた装着穴部6aに装着され、通気性の濾材3A1を有する基体部3Aと、基体部3Aの濾材3A1よりも破裂又は焼失し易い素材で形成された放散口部材3B1を有する爆発放散部3Bとを備えている。流動層容器内で爆発が起こり、流動層容器内の圧力又は温度が所定値に達すると、爆発放散部3Bの放散口部材3B1が、流動層容器内の圧力によって破裂し又は流動層容器内の温度によって焼失して、爆発放散部3Bが開かれる。爆発放散部3Bが開かれると、流動層容器内の爆発圧力(爆風)が、フィルター支持部材6の装着穴部6aを介して排気室に放散される。【選択図】図3
