PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical preparation is provided to improve the solubility and dissolution rate of yellow poplar bark extract which is difficult to dissolve. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical preparation for treating or preventing gastric diseases is made by mixing yellow poplar bark extract, surfactant and co-solvent in a weight ratio of 1 to between 0.1 and 50 to between 0.1 and 50. The yellow poplar bark extract includes epitulipinolide and costunolide as active components. The co-solvent is one or more kinds selected from the group consisting of propylene carbonate, propylene glycol, ethanol, diethylene glycol monoethyl ether, glycofurol, polyethylene glycol, dimethyl isosorbide, and N-methylpyrrolidone.본 발명은 백합나무 수피에서 추출된 에피튜리피노라이드(Epitulipinolide) 및 코스튜노라이드(Costunolide)를 유효성분으로 함유하는 개선된 의약 제형에 관한 것이다. 더욱 상세하게는 백합나무 수피 추출물의 활성 성분인 에피튜리피노라이드 및 코스튜노라이드를 유효성분으로 함유하는 위장관 치료용 의약 제형에 관한 것이다.
