PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caster angle adjustment mechanism of a wheelchair capable of easily correcting the axle of a caster worn and inclined in one direction.SOLUTION: This mechanism keeps a sleeve 14 for inserting and fixing an axle 11 of a caster and a clump 13 for holding and mounting the sleeve 14 on the caster plate 15, and the sleeve 14 mounting the caster mounted on the caster plate 15 with the clump 13 in order to fix the caster plate 15 to the wheelchair.
