PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment support system, a method for operating the treatment support system and a treatment support program for supporting accurate treatment to a patient.SOLUTION: A treatment support device 20 includes a control part 21 for acquiring data from a spectroscope C2. The control part 21 acquires a spectral image of a patient from which a posture can be grasped, and calculates feature information of a first blood vessel pattern on the basis of the spectral image during first measurement, and acquires a spectral image of the patient from which a posture can be grasped again, calculates feature information of a second blood vessel pattern on the basis of the spectral image, and outputs information on difference between the feature information of the first blood vessel pattern and the feature information of the second blood vessel pattern during second measurement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
