PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract and collect highly pure, high functional amorphous silica (SiO2) from chaff, which is a ubiquitous material of natural origin close to general daily lives and provide a method of producing medicine- and health-related products for topical application, intake etc.SOLUTION: Chaff is generally regarded as a nuisance because of difficulty in disposal thereof. However, based on the idea that chaff is a "mineral" containing highly pure silicon (Si), silicon is extracted and collected from chaff of natural origin in contrast to the prior art where silicon is obtained from actual minerals. Thus obtained silicon is to be used as original ingredients for maintaining human health. For this purpose, highly pure, highly functional silica (SiO2) is enabled to be produced from chaff at low cost.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、もみ殻という日常の一般生活に密着した、どこにでもある資材であり且つ自然由来の資材から高純度・高機能の非結晶のシリカ(SiO2)を抽出・回収し、塗布・摂取等を目的とした医薬・健康関連製品の製造方法を提供することにある。【解決手段】一般的に、その処分の難しさの為に、厄介者にされているもみ殻は、珪素(Si)を高純度に含有している“鉱物”であるという発想の下、これまでの実際の鉱物から得ていた珪索を自然由来のもみ殻から抽出・回収し、それを本来の人類への健康維持の原料に用いることを目的に、もみ殻から低コストで高純度・高機能のシリカ(SiO2)を製造できるようにしたことを特徴とする。【選択図】 図1
