PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vinyl chloride-based resin composition for agriculture for providing a vinyl chloride-based resin film for agricultural use which facilitates scattering of sunlight while maintaining the total light transmittance equivalent to that of a conventional transparent film and reduces stickiness of the surface even though a vinyl chloride-based resin with a low degree of polymerization is used.SOLUTION: The vinyl chloride-based resin composition for agriculture includes 30-60 pts.wt. of a plasticizer per 100 pts.wt. of a vinyl chloride-based resin whose average degree of polymerization is not less than 1,300 and less than 1,500.
