594404 Disclosed herein are crystalline 3-(1-{ 3-[5-(1-methyl-piperidin-4-ylmethoxy)-pyrimidin-2-yl]-benzyl} -6-oxo-1,6-dihydro-pyridazin-3-yl)-benzonitrile hydrochloride solvates and anhydrate, excluding 3-(1-{ 3-[5-(1-methyl-piperidin-4-ylmethoxy)-pyrimidin-2-yl]-benzyl} -6-oxo-1,6-dihydropyridazin-3-yl)-benzonitrile hydrochloride monohydrate, characterised by XRD diffraction patterns. Additionally disclosed is the use of said solvates and anhydrate in the treatment of physiological and/or pathophysiological conditions associated with Met-kinases. Additionally disclosed is a recrystallisation process for the production of said solvates and anhyrate.
