A tool to be identified by an identifying antenna. The tool has a tag-holding part that includes a tag a housing for the tag that is made of the same material as the tag an insulating cover for covering the tag. The housing is substantially round and is shaped like two rings, a first ring and a second, attached on their flat part. The internal diameter of the first ring is such that the tag can be inserted into the first ring and rests on the second ring without moving.
