A dental cortical microimplant includes a fixing element, a connecting rod and an extensible/contractible element. The fixing element includes at least one set of bone plates on both sides of the bottom and a wing portion near the center of the fixing element. The bottom of the connecting rod is coupled to the top of the fixing element. The bottom of the extensible/contractible element is coupled to the top of the connecting rod. A hollow transverse rod is installed at the top of the extensible/contractible element and provided for passing a correction wire. Screws are penetrated through each bone plate and secured to the cortical bone for fixing the microimplant to enhance the strength and security of the fixation significantly.
