The brush comprises two rotary heads (7) which are rotated by a driveshaft (2) actuated by a motor (11), by means of a bevel gear (3) that meshes with a conical gear wheel (4) of the first rotary head (7), such that a first gear wheel (5) connected to the conical gear wheel (4) transmits the rotation of an intermediate wheel (6) situated between the rotary heads, the intermediate wheel, in turn, transmitting the rotation to a second gear wheel (5) of the second rotary head. The brush further comprises a whitening LED (12) and a pressure sensor (14) that varies the speed of the rotary heads according to the pressure on the user's teeth.
