PURPOSE: A dental surveyor is provided to secure a stable operation and to improve accuracy by appropriately setting the initial phase value of a lifting unit. CONSTITUTION: A dental surveyor (1) includes a base (10), a support stand (20) fixed to the base, a connection arm (30) fixed to the support stand, and a lifting unit (40) fixed to the connection arm. The lifting unit includes a lifting rod (43) with a tip mounting part (43a), a housing (41) which is fixed to a connection bracket and forms a lifting route of the lifting rod, and a support bush (42) which fixes the lifting rod within the housing. A spring is arranged between the support bush and the lifting rod so that the lifting rod is elastically supported by the spring. A height adjustment structure for altering the location of the support bush is formed between the housing and the support bush.
