The present invention relates to a screw type livestock excretion concentrating and dehydrating device using a coil spring. The present invention comprises: a body (3) heating liquefied livestock excretions, coming from a transfer pipe (2), and then concentrating and dehydrating the livestock excretions through a dehydrating part with a compressive coil spring and changing the livestock excretions to livestock excretion sludge, of which moisture content is rapidly reduced, to discharge the sludge as pellets a water collection and evaporation return treatment part (5) collecting discharged dehydration water and then intensively heating the water for evaporation treatment, which is a main function, and including a lead screw (52) and an evaporation steam gas treatment part (7) changing evaporation steam gas, which is generated during the heating, concentrating, and dehydrating procedures for the livestock excretions, to condensate water, and removing or minimizing stinky substances in residual evaporation steam gas and then reusing the residual gas as a heat source for drying.
