PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handcart capable of reducing a production cost, and climbing easily over a step, by a simple constitution.SOLUTION: A handcart includes a vehicle body having a front wheel 11, and a rotor 12 provided near the front wheel 11.
