There is provided a method of aligning a quantitative three dimensional (Q3D) model of a three dimensional (3D) structure with a 3D visual representation of a target object below a surface within an anatomical structure, the method comprising: Checking the reference point within the reference； Identifying the same reference point in the Q3D model； Aligning the identified reference points of the 3D visual representation with the identified reference points of the Q3D model； And creating a visual image representation of the 3D structure including the appearance of the exterior surface and the shape of the target structure below the interior surface.3차원(3D) 구조의 정량적인 3차원(Q3D) 모델을 해부 구조 내부의 표면 아래 목표 물체의 3D 시각적 표현와 정렬시키는 방법이 제공되고, 상기 방법은, 3D 시각적 표현으로 나타내어진 3D 구조의 외부 표면 내의 기준점을 확인하는 것； Q3D 모델 내의 동일한 기준점을 확인하는 것； 3D 시각적 표현의 확인된 기준점을 Q3D 모델의 확인된 기준점과 정렬시키는 것； 그리고 외부 표면의 모습과 내부 표면 아래 목표 구조의 모습을 포함하는 3D 구조의 시각적 영상 표현을 생성하는 것을 포함하고 있다.
