PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult to use shells in powder form although shells are used in any case in powder form obtained by pulverizing shells, while antibacterial properties obtained by firing shells are utilized in known examples.SOLUTION: A method for producing a granulated body and a molded body each containing scallop shell powder comprises washing scallop shells thereafter pulverizing the same to be formed into a powder having a particle size of 1.0 mm or less mixing clay and the shell powder in a ratio of 7:3 to 6:4 granulating or molding the mixture and then firing at 1,000 to 1,200°C. An antibacterial agent is produced by the method and an antibacterial aqueous solution is prepared as an alkaline aqueous solution produced by immersing the antibacterial agent in water.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】 貝殻を焼成して生成した抗菌性を利用するものが知られているが、いずれも、貝殻を粉砕した粉末状で使用するもので、粉末では使用し難いという問題がある。【解決手段】 ホタテ貝殻を洗浄後、粉砕して粒径1.0mm以下の粉末とし、粘土と該貝殻粉末の割合を7:3~6:4で混合し、混合したものを造粒又は成型した後、1000~1200℃で焼成して製造することからなるホタテ貝殻粉末含有の造粒体、成型体の製造方法である。前記の方法で製造したことを特徴とする抗菌剤、及び前記の抗菌剤を水に浸漬して得られるアルカリ水溶液としたことを特徴とする抗菌性水溶液である。【選択図】図1
