Provided is an apparatus for winding a band of a vinyl greenhouse, wherein the apparatus comprises: a pipe disposed on one side of an outer surface or an upper surface of the vinyl greenhouse in a longitudinal direction of the same； a plurality of band winding units mounted on an outer circumferential surface of the pipe and separated from each other at regular intervals； and a motor connected to one end of the pipe and configured to apply a rotational force to the pipe. Each of the plurality of band winding units comprises: (a) an inner cylinder inserted into the outer circumferential surface of the pipe to be fixed to the pipe and having sawteeth formed on one end of an outer circumferential surface； (b) an outer cylinder inserted into the outer circumferential surface of the inner cylinder and disposed concentrically with the inner cylinder with respect to the center of the pipe； (c) a rotation direction controller inserted between the outer circumferential surface of the inner cylinder and an inner circumferential surface of the outer cylinder and configured to enable the outer cylinder to be rotated in one direction with respect to the inner cylinder while preventing the outer cylinder from rotating in a reverse direction； and (d) a band coupling unit inserted into the outer circumferential surface of the pipe, coupled to one end of the outer cylinder, and having a band insertion groove formed in an outer circumferential surface.
