The invention relates to a device for the osteosynthesis and compaction of long bone fractures. According to the invention, the device consists of two collars (A and B) made of stainless steel sheet, each of the two collars (A and B) being composed of two modules (I and II) which are applied onto the ends of the fracture fragments, where it is fixed by tightening with a screw (4 and 4') passed transversely through the slots of two lower lugs (3) of the modules (I and II), being joined and stabilized to each other by a rectangular metal bar (C) perforated at the two ends through which the clamping screws (4 and 4 ') of the collars (A and B) pass, the modules (I and II) being tensioned by a system (D) of levers made of steel-hardened wire which exerts a permanent tension on the fracture focus and at the same time stabilizes it.Invenţia se referă la un dispozitiv pentru osteosinteza şi compactarea fracturilor oaselor lungi. Dispozitivul conform invenţiei este alcătuit din două coliere (A şi B) confecţionate din tablă de oţel inoxidabil, fiecare dintre cele două coliere (A şi B) fiind compus din câte două module (I şi II) care se aplică pe extremităţile fragmentelor de fractură, unde se fixează prin strângere cu câte un şurub (4 şi 4') trecut transversal prin fantele a două urechiuşe (3) inferioare ale modulelor (I şi II), fiind unite şi stabilizate între ele printr-o bară (C) dreptunghiulară metalică găurită la cele două extremităţi prin care trec şuruburile (4 şi 4') de strângere ale colierelor (A şi B), modulele (I şi II) fiind tensionate de un sistem (D) de pârghii confecţionat din sârmă oţelită care exercită o tensiune permanantă asupra focarului de fractură şi, totodată îl stabilizează.
