The present invention provides a fast heating sterilization device, and particularly an innovative device capable of accurately performing the process of removing bacteria from matrix, which is mainly to configure a stirring spindle inside a stirring device and have a hollow air channel formed inside the interior the air channel of the stirring spindle is configured with a steam inlet at one end with the position relative to the outside of the stirring device and, the air channel of the stirring device is penetrated with a plurality of steam outlets relative to the interior of the stirring device.
