The nebulizing portion 210 nebulizes hydrogen peroxide in a cup 214 by ultrasonic oscillation generated by an ultrasonic oscillator 213. The hydrogen peroxide thus nebulized is heated up and thereby gasified by a heater 222 in the gasifying portion 220.
