A nebulizer vial for aerosol therapy, comprises a vial body defining a reservoir suitable for containing a medication solution for aerosol therapy, an exit duct of the aerosol, and an inlet aperture of air coming from outside. The vial is fitted with a tube having a distal portion which extends into said reservoir and a proximal end suitable for connecting to a source of compressed air. In addition, the vial is provided with a multi- nozzle unit comprising at least two nozzles, each suitable to be concentrically threaded onto said distal portion of the tube so that an interspace remains between the tube and nozzle in fluidic communication with the medication solution. Said nozzles are differently sized and/or configured so as to produce a different atomisation of the medication solution, and are also integral with each other and with control means suitable for permitting a movement of said nozzles inside the vial body for their selective coupling to the distal portion of tube.
